Vancouver wrap

ran out to the Museum of Anthropology at UBC. Learned a few little somethings new, live sculpture in red cedar. Most excellent tourista I was. Got another shot of poly-culturalism followed by lunch at Phnom Penh. Place was quite busy but apparently rather efficient. Received the gringo glass of tea (sans pot)...ordered the lemongrass pork, ham egg ...BIG rice. Yum. There were five people working the dining room; noticed that all of them made a point to stop by my table. Prolly just checking out the banana in the Buell shirt. Wandered past Hastings and Main on foot. Every cabby concurred that wasn't the best part of town.

Afternoon at the aquarium with all of the children in British Columbia.
Had a blast. Walked back to the hotel and worked off some of the lunch.

Evening pics along the bay; people, people, people. This was better than terminal 2 at Hart Jackson Field (ATL). Walked to dinner in west Vancouver (Robson/Denman); neat part of town. Safe. Picked Benke over Kintaro for ramen based solely on crowd. A reasonably healthy meal ensued; the guys in the kitchen were appreciative of my beaming smile. Hard to be nonchalant over good grub. Later received a brief but amazingly effective neck/shoulder massage. Buell ought to dispense this to every one touring on a Uly. Was oddly mistaken for being Canadian by a charming lass, Amber, from Toronto. Got a room tomorrow here, must go to sleep.
